Meet Your Dietitian

Hi, I’m Sarah! My first name is Sahar, but I go by Sarah both professionally & personally. You may see both names used interchangeably.

As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), I am passionate about helping individuals with diabetes take control of their health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling.

I understand that managing diabetes can feel overwhelming, which is why I focus on practical, sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle and goals. My approach combines nutrition expertise, diabetes education, and compassionate support to help improve blood sugar management, build confidence in food choices, and reduce the risk of long-term complications.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, managing prediabetes, or have been living with diabetes for years, I am committed to helping you achieve lasting success and better health.
